Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, eligible domestic returns may be made within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are generally issued as store credit, except as otherwise noted below.

To be eligible for store credit, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all original packaging. Textiles, including rugs and pillows, must not be washed or dry cleaned prior to return.
Store credit never expires.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Orders Over $2,000
For U.S. orders with a merchandise total exceeding $2,000, approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Due to platform limitations, returns exceeding $2,000 cannot be issued as store credit. Eligible refunds for these orders will be issued to the original payment method, less the 20% restocking fee and any original shipping charges.
Customers remain responsible for all return shipping costs and any desired shipping insurance.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund:
- Sale items
- Items purchased using a discount code of 20% or greater
- Sample sale items
- Gift cards
- Health, beauty, and personal care products
- Perishable goods, including food and flowers
- Newspapers and magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
International orders are generally considered final sale except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Damaged Items
If a fragile item arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage to hello@shopaptf.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
Please do not send returned items back to the manufacturer.

European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have certain statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited by this policy.
Where applicable law provides additional rights relating to cancellation, withdrawal, returns, refunds, or defective goods, those rights will apply and take precedence over any conflicting terms in this policy.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Apartment F cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise and is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exclusions
Certain products may be excluded from cancellation or withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Gift cards
- Other products exempt under applicable consumer protection laws
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact hello@shopaptf.com promptly and provide photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

What is LABL Shipping Protection?
LABL Shipping Protection is an optional service that provides coverage for your shipments against lost, stolen or damaged orders while in transit. It offers peace of mind by ensuring that you receive a replacement or refund for the value of the item if it is lost, stolen or damaged while in transit to your address.
How does LABL Shipping Protection work?
When you opt into LABL Shipping Protection at the time of purchase, it adds an additional layer of security to your order. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, you can submit your claim here.
Do I have to pay extra for LABL Shipping Protection?
Yes, LABL Shipping Protection is an optional service, and there is an additional fee associated with this product. The cost is calculated based on the total value of your order.
What does LABL Shipping Protection cover?
LABL Shipping Protection covers the following scenarios:

Lost: If your package is lost in transit

Theft: If your package is stolen after delivery

Damage: If your package arrives damaged
How long do I have to wait to know if my claim has been approved?
Our average response time for claims review is 2 business hours. Please note that claims submitted outside our specified time frames may experience a delay as we wait to ensure that appropriate time has passed.
Lost Orders - Claims must be filed 7 days after the last date of tracking update.
Stolen Orders - Claims must be filed 5 days after the date of delivery.
Damaged Orders - Claims can be submitted immediately upon discovery.
How long does it take to process a claim with LABL Protect?
You should find out if your claim has been approved within just a few hours of the merchant or you submitting a claim. Reorders are placed at time of approval as well.
What happens after a claim is approved?
When your claim has been approved, you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement on the lost, stolen or damaged item.
Can I add LABL Shipping Protection to my order after purchase?
Unfortunately, you cannot add LABL Shipping Protection after an order has been placed. You must opt into this service at time of purchase.
Can I cancel or get a refund for LABL Shipping Protection?
If you cancel your purchase prior to your order shipping, you will receive a refund for LABL Shipping Protection. However, LABL Shipping Protection is not refundable if the order has shipped.
