Have questions about its colors, texture, pile, or condition? Send us the rug’s name or a link, along with what you’d like to know. For help with fit, include your room measurements and the size you’re considering. You’re welcome to attach a photo of your space, too.

Each rug’s exact dimensions and details are listed on its product page. We’re happy to help you make sense of them before you choose your piece.

Pillows & the finishing touches

Need help choosing a pillow size, finding the right insert, or mixing a few favorites? Tell us which pieces you’re considering. Our pillows are made in our Marrakesh atelier, from one-of-a-kind textile pieces to everyday linen and velvet styles.

All rugs and pillows ship free within the U.S. For delivery details, please visit our shipping policy. You can also review our return policy before ordering.
