**Position: Part Time Content Creator & Social Media Manager**

**Location:** Austin, TX or Marrakesh, Morocco (hybrid optional for the right candidate)

**What You'll Do:**
- Develop and execute creative content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Create compelling visual and written content for our social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with our Founder and Ecommerce Manager to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.

**What We're Looking For:**
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in the interiors or retail space.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work and results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and social media platforms.
- A keen eye for design and detail, with a passion for storytelling, interiors and the handcrafted movement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Part Time Retail Sales Position

We are looking for a committed individual to join our Austin team and learn the ins and outs of handwoven textiles! We offer lots of hands-on training and a generous hourly + commission pay structure. Work with our team of experienced interior designers and learn from the very best. 

  • Currently offering 2-3 days per week (12-20 hours)
  • Must be available at least one weekend day + around holidays. There is an option to work both weekend days.
