- The lid is notched to allow a thin spoon/scoop to sit inside.

The clay body is mined and mixed locally in Northern CA.
- Formed on a potters wheel.
- The inside of the jars is left unglazed so has a slightly rougher surface, but is water-tight and pleasant to use.
