Flavor Profiles:

MATURE HARVEST—Smooth and round. Cold pressed from fully ripened Memecik olives grown in Milas, Turkey. Harvested later in the season, this oil offers a softer, more buttery flavor with notes of almond and ripe fruit. Ideal for everyday cooking, sautéing, roasting, and baking.

EARLY HARVEST—Bold and bright. Cold pressed from unripe Memecik olives, in Milas, Turkey. Harvested at the start of the season, this oil is grassy, green, and distinctly peppery. Perfect for finishing salads, dipping fresh bread, or adding a sharp, vibrant edge to cooked dishes.
